It was the most expensive and most frustrating experience that I have ever had!

I have used your Dixie and 401 rental agency for years. I rented a truck on Saturday, March 10th and picked up the truck at 8:00am. The parking lot was empty and the trucks parked in a line... all good. I told the Guy at the desk that I would be back around noon! At no time did he tell me that your parking area would be a zoo nor that I could drive around the back of the building. When I got back to the agency... It was an absolute ZOO!! I drove into the parking lot and there were hundreds of cars all frantiaclly trying to either get out or get into parking spaces. I swerved to miss an oncoming car and as I did so, I clipped the back of a parked car!!! Bad area for a rental company, poor parking conditions, bad attitudes from everyone there and an over all BAD, BAD experience!!! It cost me $2000.00 for a $77.00 rental !! I drove to my offices, backed into my own truck yard, drove to Barrie, delivered into a home, drove to Bradford, delivered to another home, drove to Bond Head and picked up some furniture, went back to Mississauga and dropped at my truck yard... NO A SINGLE PROBLEM!!! I have a Corporate acccount with Discount and I am seriously considering looking elswhere!! Had the Guy at the desk been interested, he would have 1) told me where the closest Deisel fill up was (I could not find one close to your facility and thast cost me another $80.00 for you to fill it up .... I used a quarter tank) and 2) he should have informed me that the driveway would be a total chaotic mess and that I should drive around to the back of the building instead of trying to navigate my way through a maze of angry, pushy and completely impatient folks who could care less about anything other than their own need to find an exit or a parking spot in a location that holds a Flea Market and a truck rental office!!! Not happy, not amused and terribly dissappointed with Discount at the location.
