I always had my car service done in a timely manner and Edmund and Jim always attended to any problems the car has if any.
Whenever I go for a service, any personnel I deal with is always friendly and courteous. I have had a couple of urgent matters the past year like the car's exhaust/silencer fell off and the car overheating. On these two occasions, the service people (Edmund and Tiger) attended to the car's problem immediately. The service manager has always treated me well.
