Did what was needed, but poor attention to details

I had a problem with the blower engine with my pilot. The first time I left the car for a day, nobody could hear the noise. However when I went to pick the car and started it, I could hear it clearly. The testing procedure wasn't quick clear, my assumption was that the technician only check it quickly and once so he didn't spend much time. I had to return to the dealership after talking to Alexandre. In the following week I went back and the moment he go in the car, he could hear the problem. The blower took some time since it needed to be ordered. I ended up doing the repair almost a month later as I also had a scheduled maintenance for the car. I left the car to review, all was changed. However the technician left his tool in the car and I only noticed it on the next day as I was hearing some strange noise. Another point of the scheduled maintenance was the fact that after the work had been done, the technician didn't reset the alerts in the car, so it was showing as nothing had been done. Even though those two were minor things, it's impressive that in the last 4 visits for maintenance in the dealership I kind of have episodes in 3 of them which means that 75% f chance of next time I will get a new interesting fact to talk about. As a "compensation", I was offered a car wash that I tried to do right away, but I was informed that it was needed to schedule a best time. I ended up to do in June as I will got for another scheduled maintenance. In the end, not really enjoyed any compensation yet and not sure anyone will remember. I must say that they do their work, but they are pretty poor on quality in details. It's needed patiente so you overlook those situation and do not get frustrated. I do not expect much.
