replacement of recall on block heater
There was no problem with Crown Toyota - they did great! made an appointment for my wife to bring it in, an gave her a ride back home. The new block heater was installed quickly and we picked up or vehicle that afternoon, and it was given a complimentary wash as well.
We were not impressed with Toyota Canada putting out a recall in the fall, and expecting Rav4 owners to drive all winter without a solution until March of the next year.
