The price of $16,300 for the 2008 BMW X3 with new Michelins turned out to be good value, thank you, but the bumpy journey to final deal was painful. Management never should have allowed the BMW to be on the lot with 10 yr. old tires, the rear 2 having their wear bars exposed, dangerous at any speed and ICBC would have slapped you around if it had caused an accident. And to allow Big O Tires to install the wrong Michelins at first should have been caught and challenged. I live out by UBC and the 3rd day spent getting to your dealership was unnecessary . And finally, your inspection report when done on the vehicle when brought in is very weak and incomplete It was not until the last hour of negotiations that I was told there was a missing key fob: $230 at the BMW Store for me. Shame.
