John was great, very knowledgeable. He tried hard to find us what we needed in a timely fashion. Worked effectively to find us the fridge that we wanted even though stock was limited on what we were looking for. Somehow though, when the delivery time came, my wife's cell# wasn't called but our home# instead. We never got the message that the truck was headed over to our house because we weren't home but at work, but thankfully a neighbor or ours saw the truck sitting there and she called us to let us know. When we peeled off the protective plastic wrap after the delivery men left, we discovered 2 small dents in the doors of our new fridge, but we had already signed the paper work saying it was received in good condition. Overall good experience, but the phone call and the dents could have been avoided.
