Overcharged for simple problem.

I brought my 2013 Dodge Journey in because of a knocking sound coming from the front of the vehicle. I was charged $149 for them to diagnose and tighten a loose wheel. My garage would have laughed it off and said no charge. I brought it in to the dealer thinking it was a drivetrain problem and the vehicle is still under warranty until August of 2018.
