poor service for parts

3 trips to Sudbury which is 2 1/2 hours drive one way and my tail gate is not fixed on my 2015 CRV Touring. Now say parts back ordered until August 10th. The price of gas a trip to Sudbury is not cheap and I have made 3. Nothing against the counter personnal he was very polite and respectful but really August 10th to get a part.
