Wrong car, poorly detailed

We did not get the car we reserved (a compact SUV). The reservation was made 3 weeks prior to the actual rental. While we waited approximately 10 minutes for the car to be detailed, the Cruise that we received reeked of smoke and was quite, quite dirty (you could see the smeared marks on the LCD screen). An half empty bottle of water was left in the car and the salt stains (yes, really) were still in the carpets (and it is now June).
