I have had to challenge many of the exam questions due to the wording of the question or because the answer was outright wrong. In many cases, the lecturer changed my grade but on one module I was told that my answer was incorrect because praying was a step to complete prior to sending out a submission letter. When I challenged the lecturer, I was told that the rest of the steps in this answer were correct and even if I don't pray, the answer is still correct. Please feel free to contact me regarding my concerns. This same lecturer still hasn't graded one of my assignments, even though I have followed up with her on 4 occasions to remind her and the module ended over three weeks ago.
