I dont even know where to begin. This dealership has helped us out with our Z4 all the way through our 328i and now our 228i. Several years ago we realized mid trip we lost our tow hook for the Z4, never been to Birchwood BMW, they helped us out. Then we needed a battery for the 328i last year. While driving to Wpg we encountered an heavy downpour and lost the wiper blade on the drivers side as well as the caps to secure the blades. They helped us out with the wiper blades and caps and then swapped out the battery for 1/2 the price it was here in Edmonton. This year we took out 228i to them and like always they were great did all the routine maintenance and even repaired the plunger that pushes out the gas cover, and did a point inspection of everything vital. We have nothing but praise for this dealership. We dont even go to a BMW dealer here in Edmonton, cant get any where near any type of service like this at the dealer we bought the 328i at. We now gladly drive our vehicles to Winnipeg for service, just wish they were at the corner of our perimeter and the open highway!!
