My family recently bought a Toyota Highlander and we had the pleasure of working with Matt Philips. It was a relief working with Matt because of his relaxed, no pressure style. I was pretty set on what I was looking for, and it was refreshing to deal with a salesperson who did not try to talk me out of what I wanted, or aggressively upsell me. I left knowing what every button, lever and handle did on my new SUV and still felt welcome to call anytime with additional questions.
