Customer service was excellent.

I'm very pleased with the vehicle and the process involved in purchasing it from the moment I walked into the dealership for the first time. My one disappointment is that the car took over two weeks longer to arrive than I was told it would. In fact, the arrival date was changed on two occasions. It isn't a really big deal in the grand scheme of things but it is hard not to be disappointed when you are really eager to receive your new car. I was actually surprised that the dealership did not offer to make up for the rather significant delay in some way, shape or form. Nonetheless, I was satisfied overall.
