Audi Q3 - disappointing

Damage to the rear of the vehicle was not resolved to my satisfaction at time of delivery. I was led to believe that the damage would be taken care of (it was not detailed or illustrated in the online photos) and it remains a permanent reminder of the 'buyer beware' axiom. The vehicle broke down (faulty turbo) within 24 hours of purchase necessitating multiple service requests to a Audi dealership in Toronto. Total downtime: 5 days.. It took 3 phone calls during regular business hours in order to get a response from Audi Ottawa (apparently there was a sales meeting in progress). I subsequently detailed our experience to the Sales Manager and never received a response or acknowledgement. While I was considering an Audi S4 as a replacement for my current vehicle I am now reconsidering another BMW 335 as a more viable option.
