Poor customer service from employee who didn't want to be there.

I had a reference number from our insurance company for the rental of two vehicles. We were finally able to get one but the other was a reference number from another location. The agent did not want to be at work on a Saturday morning and did everything possible to make this an awful experience. Monday we returned to get the second vehicle, same agent was there, she refused to give us her managers contact information. Not even her name. The entire time she never got our of her chair. Her inspection of the car was a quick walkabout. I questioned the marks on the door handle and the pits in the windshield. Both were dismissed quickly. We did get our second vehicle at the second location Douglas Dale) Les was great!!! I will never recommend Discount at 61st and 2nd street to anyone.
