I took my car (BMW) to the collision repair center for an estimate. Than it took 2 weeks to get the parts in. I got an email that the part were in, made the appointment, (which took another 2 weeks or so). I got insurance for the rental car and took my car in for the appointment. Upon arrival, I found out that no part were in, nor did I have an appointment . I spoke to the service manager and he promised me that he would pay for the one day of car rental that I incurred.
