Waiting time was insane
Arrived 20 min earlier, and left 2hrs 10 min later.
Service was extremely slow. Waiting room was dirty, almost disgusting.
Car is well though, but service was very bad.
Recommanding you clean the place, improve customer representative efficiency, install a ticket number machine so at least we can wait seated.
