Very bad experience

Unfortunately I had the worst ever experience at this Discount location. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed with the tasks at hand and were not able to deescalate upset customers. This led to multiple customers yelling at these poor staff at once with no resolution. This small space was dirty, ridden with flies, and poorly maintained. We had to spend over an hour in this hot, cramped space. The price we got charged was as listed online, which was nice (many of the customers around us couldn’t say the same), but I would have paid more for a more timely and less stressful rental process.
