Wife scheduled an appointment for an oil change. On the phone the advisor asked how many kilometres on the vehicle, she provided same (33000), and advisor told her it would be an hour wait.
I attended the appointment and was then advised the vehicle required a service 4 at 32000, and would take 3-4 hours. I asked if it was possible to get a shuttle. Approx an hour passed and the advisor said he was working on the shuttle. At 2 hours the advisor told me he hadn’t heard anything on the shuttle and by this point I decide to wait until the car was finished.
As I waited, I counted 5 shuttle drivers looking for people who had reserved a ride. How the advisor could not contact a driver is beyond me. I would have asked a driver for a ride myself earlier in the wait had I known what was going to happen.
Not only that, upon making the appointment the advisor should have been aware the vehicle required that particular service and we could have made the appropriate arrangements.
At the end, I waited 3.5 hours for the vehicle. At no time was I offered any other options for transportation
