I had not been in T&A for a while as I had an unsatisfactory experience previously. I chose to give them another try and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The Sales Advisor was knowledgeable and accommodating at a time where I was in desperate need. I explained my Washing Machine had died after being only 5 years of age and needed a replacement sooner rather than later. He sympathized with my situation and made my machine available just two days after my visit. I am grateful he "Made it Happen" for me. The Delivery Service organized, my old machine removed and the new unit installed and in working order couldn't have gone smoother! Thank-you Dave!!! :)
