RENTAL VAN

I had reserved a minivan but I arrived to find that it was our on a rental. I ended up having to settle for an Acadia which was not nearly as spacious for all the passengers, most importantly my elderly Grandparents. The cargo space was almost non existent which resulted in luggage being in some passengers laps. The staff was friendly enough but quite frankly the most important aspect is receiving the vehicle required to accommodate the needs of the trip and that was not provided. I was told that I would receive unlimited mileage at no extra cost but I said I was not going over the allotted mileage and was then told I would get it anyway. Seemed like a no cost, easiest route, thoughtless apology.
