He may be a good physiotherapist, but his business practices and attitude are deplorable. Pillows are stained so bad I couldn't bare to put my head on them. When I asked for a new one, they replaced it with one that was just as stained. She said, "they're all like that" Being an insurance claim I felt as though I was treated as a second class citizen. He spent minimal time with me while dealing with 5-6 other patients at the same time. They gave me an appointment on a Friday, then he scolded me by saying it was the last time he would accommodate me like that because he has only personal clients on Fridays. First off I didn't ask for Friday or even know it was for his "special" clients. He was rude and unprofessional. Like I said, he may be good at what he does, he wasn't with me, and the hygiene in his clinic is very questionable. Never returning and not recommending. Only reason they received 1 star is because I couldn't put 0. Huge waste of my time and delay of my recovery.
