Al Grillo is by far the best sales person i have had the pleasure of dealing with. He went above and beyond to help negotiate our deal. He is by far the most helpful sales person I've ever dealt with over the last few months. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a used car go see Al. The manager Marco was great as well. He came out of his office to speak to us directly, spoke to us as people not just as a sale. I've been to other Toyota dealerships in Toronto and Newmarket and we did not receive the service we received here. We were not pressured to buy and the manager was willing to negotiate on the price. Great customer relations at this location. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy used or new.!
