Excellent service by service adviser Ronnie Leong!
Ronnie respect customers' (such as me) concern most. He took the time and patience to test drive my car when I told him I suspect there was something wrong with the brake of my car (2009 Highlander Hydrid). He focuses on the facts, provided a complete description of the need for service and explained the reasons for it.
