The Service staff are wonderful to deal with

Every time I go to the service department the staff have been wonderful to deal with. They take the time to explain things and even provide a texting option to communicate with them. Recently I had an issue with my seat tearing, the staff tried repeatedly to submit it through warranty but it kept coming back rejected even though there was no unusual use to cause the tear. When we were literally at the point of our hands were tied, management stepped up and South Trail covered the cost to repair it themselves. It turned a frustrating situation into a very happy one. I want to send a special thanks to manager Phil for showing that South Trail takes care of its customers and for giving me such a positive experience! I would buy again at this location knowing the people there!
