I came in this dealership to trade in my pre-loved Subaru Crosstrek to a Cadillac XT5. James was my sales consultant was exquisite and helped me through the process. From working with me on a budget I have and had been quoted on from another dealership; they made it work for me, and gave me such a better deal compared to the first dealership I have been. He never made me feel pressured. He listened to my needs and helped me out determine which one I should purchase (XT4/XT5). He was very attentive and focused on how I felt driving both cars; in the end he told me I was liking the XT5 more compared to the XT4 (he was right; the moment the test drive was nearly over I knew I wanted the XT5; but never did I feell like he wanted to sell me a model he thinks he prefers, but what I prefer based on how I felt after the test drive.) Meghan and James (financial managers) also had done such awesome job getting the paperwork done. I was amazed that they too have been paying attention to my needs as a customer. Usually, it's only the sales associate who does that. But they had made me feel taken care of since day one. The people there are amazing, the managers (Chad, Chris and Bruce) made me feel like an important customer (well we all want to be taken care of right? and felt special as a buyer?) They made me feel that way from day 1. Even the receptionist had been very accommodating; the other sales associates greeted me despite the fact I was not dealing with them at all. Talk about customer service. I have done my shopping, and have purchased in just 3 days! Yes, that was how quick it was for me to decide by how I was treated, how quick they met my needs and how I was attended to. I highly recommend them if you need help purchasing a new or used vehicle. I was very impressed and satisfied as a client.
