Sales, Service and delivery
Customer service was not friendly on the phone. Took three deliveries to get the correct fit. Sales was unaccountable when measurements were given but the wrong size fridge was delivered. Sales staff could not help on a weekend when I was told to come in. Delivery guys although nice, could probably use some customer service training. I didn't love being told that it wasn't his problem if the cabinets don't open. Overall not a great experience. I do like my fridge though. Now that I have it. Probably won't be back sadly.
