I expected better service

I used to own a lot of VAGs in my life and consider myself as a fan of the brand, even though they don't sell diesel cars on this continent for some reason. But i expected much better experience when i bought a new car for over 50000 CAD. I purchased a new car from this dealership. Some issues started when I came by to pick the car up, 3 times they tried to trick me for 500-600 CAD (i sincerely hope by mistake). Then when i started driving this new car and discovered that area view is not working on my car, seems it just was not activated. I brought my car to the service and they saw the problem, but they didn't know how to fix it (even though i suppose it can be activated by anyone with a VAG COM in a minute). They promised to call back once they call to someone who knows what to do, month later - no result or even update, I'm constantly calling and writing emails - they don't call or write back. That's not the experience you want to get when buying a new VW from official dealership. For now, just one star.
