My girlfriend and I came in looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and someone nicknamed "Moose" asked us if we were looking for "someone". We corrected him to "something" - meaning a car. He took us to the lot out back, not having what she was looking for (the Overland), started grilling her on why she wanted that particular model - it wasn't helpful or respectful, he was literally quizzing her on why she wanted that model and not the SRT or the Limited. He didn't actually bring any keys with him so we could see the inside of any of the vehicles, so he left us outside in the cold and didn't appear to come back. So we left. I thought he was rude, my girlfriend thought he was incompetent (who goes to a dealership to look at just the outside of a car?). In any case, I would not recommend this dealership with this experience. We went to the dealership in Olympic Village, and the people we lovely. We had all of our questions answered, we got to look at the vehicles we wanted, and it was a very pleasurable experience.
