Horrible customer service
Us and 2 other family members have recently (Jan 2019) purchased appliances from TA. My aunt’s fridge arrived damaged. The 2nd fridge also arrived damaged. The third one was ok.
My mother-in-law purchased a range-top microwave. The first one was DOA and took 2 weeks before TA came out to replace it. The 2nd one was also DOA. Another week of phone calls and emails, and no response from TA.
We purchased a fridge in early January and was told it would be 2-3 weeks. 4 weeks later we are still waiting. And phone calls and emails remain unanswered.
So a total of 2 damaged fridges, 1 delayed fridge (who knows if it will be damaged and what we will have to go through to get it replaced), and 2 dead microwaves.
Not impressed and won’t be back.
