2018 Jeep Wrangler Rad Leak and Bumper damage

Good Day Ray, Duguay _This is my first op to give you brief summary of my jeep rad/ bumper mark ++Issues. _I rushed over to see you after my shift on Friday Dec-21-2019 and arrived at 5:04 pm ( crickets left ). Dealer closed and only cleaning contractors inside. I drove and stopped in front of your cameras on East Service Entrance side to prove I attempted to see you. That didn't work with your shop service hours. _Based on the following history: 1- bring in jeep for coolant leak all can see- Laurentian can't find and says keep driving and just monitor. ( Means I had to Buy Expensive coolant -have receipts / Had to video more steaming rad leak / having to personally top up to mark I made as ref to my fill point / and upon my odometer record showing your Service Dept never drove jeep off property for actual under load reach of typical core temperature prior to in bay pressure test. This puts engine at risk unnecessarily. 2- Your Service foreman 1- sees pics and vid of damage on my cell , 2- he states no need to come see even though I suggested. 3- He takes responsibility and sends me for body shop appraisal at your recommended shop and I here nothing back and have to follow up myself on both body shop and Laurentian for news after your staff failed to get back to me as promised.. Then doing 180 on decision to repair damage. 3- Your inability to send a cell snap shot pic of the proof you claim to have ( yet no one has the skills to fwd customer in a format he or she can open?? 4- And finally the avoidance by you of not lifting a finger to investigate and diagnose the rad leak for which I offered daily video of it leaking ( leak at crimped alum. to plastic upper left radiator tabs area ).. 5- My Caregiver of 94 yr old Dad and 87 yr old Mom Health and Finances/ and jam packed agenda has no time to waste with incompetent, conflicting and unaccommodating dealership, I chose to have no further interaction or attempted service at Laurentian Chryster. I am forwarding a detailed brief to the Head Office Customer Relations dept. Advising all persons possible I come in contact with of the Laurentian ways of treating customers and now will be getting proper service of a warrantied Jeep elsewhere. I don't get angry or seek revenge. I know a higher power serves KARMA to those who do wrong to others. Enjoy. Mike Out
