Poor Communication & Misinformation
Very bad coordination between Crown Service, autobody & Toyota. I had a Roof rust claim that was poorly communicated from autobody to Service to Toyota. I paid for something that I shouldn't be paying for. Also, I was told by Service that I can keep the car beyond the lease maturity date without paying penalty as long as it was in final service repair. This turned to be false & toyota charged me an extra month. All names who dealt with me are kept onfile !!
