One technicien accidentally broke my car key case during a battery key replacement service where they did not properly screwed it back and promise to replace it. He told me he will order a new case and will call me when it arrive. I trusted them I waited for 4 months and nothing was done. Each time I called to follow up about this issue I receive different answers and story from each techniciens. At they finally refuse to replace my car key case. I have never seen such bad customer service from Honda before. I am dedicated Honda client who have always own several Honda Car and I never encounter such a bad customer service from other Honda Dealer like the one I experience with Honda Saint Constant.
