Repeating issue

Unfortunately this my third time to return for the same issue. And I left again without the issue being resolved. The people I dealt with were great but the Jeep continues to be an issue. I took the Jeep with the understanding that if the Jeep continues to “ not start” , then we would start replacing parts. I live on Vancouver Island so it’s costly to commute. Also, once I was on the ferry when the Jeep wouldn’t start. Recently I missed the ferry because the Jeep wouldn’t start. Have been to Jeep Chrysler three times for this issue, I would have expected a through investigation of the issue and any parts that were expected to be an issue, replaced. So I’m very disappointed with this outcome.
