Purchased a used 2013 Mazda 3 from crown Mazda. The car was very dirty when I looked at it as it was just brought in on trade. I was promised it would be detailed and cleaned for me when I picked it up later. I made the mistake of picking the car up in the dark and when I put the car in my garage noticed that there was no more than a 2 minute wipe of the dash and vacuum. The car was disgusting inside and still had spilled coffee in the cupholders as well as stains on the seats and the whole car was sticky inside. Completely unacceptable. The car should not have passed safety either as the wipers don't work properly and the headlights were so white I couldn't see at night. Found other things like the air filter being completely plugged, passenger door lock switch doesn't work, previous owners items were in the car still, and oil was way overfilled when they changed it. There is no excuse for a vehicle to leave a dealership like that and I will never be buying another vehicle from here. Extremely unsatisfied with my experience. Buy they were very nice to me when taking my money.
