They did the oil change in a relatively quick period of time as always. But for the second visit in a row, they managed to slightly damage the front of the car. A portion of the front right fender was scratched, with the paint actually being cracked, and they left a glue-like residue there. I’ve been told that their automatic car wash damages RAV4 vehicles sometimes, in which case they should consider fixing that and taking more care with vehicles of that type. I also have a hard time believing that they actually inspect fluid levels and major parts of the car since I found out as soon I got home that one of the headlights needed to be replaced.
