Flat tire dilema

Brought a tire in to get plugged on a friday. I was told it would be done just after lunch. We never got a call. I called saturday and was told ship is closed til monday. I called monday they couldnt find my tire but would call me back in 10 mins. I was called back saying tire was ready and the person didnt know anything about why it took so long. I get home and put tire on van. The tech accidently put the winter tire on backwards. So I had to go back the next day and get it done properly. They did appoligize. This is what ticks me off. I bought the van used in dec. The hinges that I complained about werent fixed for 3 months and then this. I dont feel very comfortable with my vehicle there. A good friend works for the company and is the only reason I will bring it back. I believe everyone is human and makes mistakes. But it wouldnt hurt to have someone reach out and say hey sir we are really sorry about this how can we fix this?
