i made an appointment ten days ago and got the confirmation e-mail.and also i made a call at that time.Today i took one day off to do the maintenance,after waiting in line for half an hour.the lady said :"we are busy.your appointment does not work.we are busy ,so i don't need to call you back.".....Wo wasted my time
