Discount unnecessarily made life difficult for me

I wanted to get a cargo van from Clyde on a Saturday am and return it the same day. I was informed that I would have to pay for 2 days since the Clyde location closed at noon and didn't reopen until Monday. This seemed stupid since I only wanted it for a few hours. So, to avoid paying 2 days I booked the van for Bank St. since they would be open Sunday and I could return it then. However when I got to Bank St. they didn't have a van ready as promised and sent me to Clyde where I both picked up a van and returned it same day after closing but getting charged for just one day. Going out to Bank St. was very inconvenient for me and a totally unnecessary waste of time for no reason and has left me very frustrated with Discount. Employees were nice but original management decision at Clyde to make me pay for 2 days only caused me grief and to look for alternatives and resulted in no additional revenue for Discount.
