We made an appointment to take a test drive the next day. When we arrived John introduced us to Shawn Shah. From the minute we met Shawn, he made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. After the test drive, he set us up with Gindy in finance. We spoke to Shawn after that and told him we would be in touch once we had made a decision. Called Shawn the next day to arrange time to come and pick up the car. From beginning to end, Shawn was extremely pleasant, we never felt pressured to make a decision.
