From our initial inquiry to the completion of the "bathtub removed; walk-in shower installed", we were both completely satisfied with the service we received. Upon our inquiry, a meeting was promptly set-up with a sales consultant. He gave us a very thorough explanation of the process; showed us various options; answered our questions and asked some to make sure our specific needs would be met. We were impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and sincerity. The installation took place within the estimated time period. The installer was very efficient, thorough and very respectful of us and our home. He graciously answered the few questions that we had as the work was being done.
