The service was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had cleaned the inside of my car, as well as the outside. There was a slight delay in completing the repair because of a clip they were waiting for from a third-party company. The delay was not their fault, but I was told that someone would call me back with an update, but did not receive a call and had to call myself. It's probably not in their procedure to call until the car is ready, but I would have appreciate the call all the same instead of calling myself. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The lack of callback was the only issue.
