I've been told of TA but this was my first time going in. I've been looking for a bbq for a couple weeks and went to multiple places included a bbq specific store. I was definitely going to buy a bbq but wanted to learn more about each bbq. I really didn't have a budget and was willing to spend if it made sense. No one gave me the care that I got from John. He took his time, found out what I really needed and let me make an educated decision that I couldn't be happier about. We will be buying a washer and dryer in the near future and will return to TA for them and speak to John. I've already referred him to a few friends I know looking to buy appliances. I live in Guelph and I prefer to do the drive for that type of service. Bravo!
