I just got a shrugging of the shoulders by phone
I called Myers Kanata (where I usually go) because it was an emergency--my car alarm was going off intermittently. I had explained to the Service Booker that it was an emergency because I was leaving for a business trip the following day. No accommodation was made with simply, "well, we're full."
I got in touch with Myers at Bells Corners and explained the situation -- and they were able to create a time and schedule for me to drop the car off.
Bells Corners and Kanata are owned by Myers--but the way they helped me resolve the issue was much different, sad to say.
