always used to be treated well, however this, she was very rude last time i tried to make service appt. not omly was i repeatedly put on hold,when i finally spoke to a represt in, entative, she was very me.rude to me. i would have to wait 3 weeks to get in, no exeptions. in the meantime, i got ac fixed at my local garagee where i t especwas treated with respect and my car was ready in 2 hours. then when i called to cancel may 24th appt., once apersoni kept being put on hold, e wenever got to talk to a reall person. this entire treatment is totally unacceptable. if my tires wereR E not stored there, i would NEVER return.
