The purpose of my visit was a warranty issue. The car was purchased used from another dealership. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful-- even though the issues were not happening at the time of visit, they assured me that the issues are on record so if issues reoccur after my mileage exceeds 100 k, there will be proof of my complaints prior to expiration of warranty.
