Replace Steering Wheel

Not really a 'positive' experience. I would say it was rather 'negative'. I was very disappointed when told by the Service Manager that cars are mass-produced and there will be flaws. He would order the part a second time, but if I didn't like the install, that I would have to accept it. My car is brand new and there were no discount applied for any flaws. The 'upholstery' on the steering wheel was not fitting flush and was also not centered. Both things were quite bothersome to me. I was also disappointed by the Service Rep's 'excuses' for not returning my calls promptly (very busy, tire season, etc.) . I did NOT feel like a valued customer. :( Also, when I brought my vehicle in to be looked at, there were vehicles 'parked' in front of the entrance doors. I had to go inside and ask about how to get in. At that point, the parked vehicles were moved. When I brought my vehicle in for service, the left bay door wouldn't open at all and there was a black truck blocking the lane for the right bay door. These entrance areas should be kept clear at all times so that incoming customers are not delayed.
