Very poor service

We had a little over a days work needing done. 3 days later we got our vehicle back. It was a heater core change on an 08 Jeep Sahara limited. We receive it & the carpet hasn’t been installed at all around the console. We have a gap where our dash & the window meet that a 1/2”. The manager said that’s normal. It had never been like that before. He just walked away saying it’s fine. We will not be coming back for any more work & will drive anywhere but Lloyd for repairs. We live 55 miles away & he was told we were juggling vehicles and it would be ready at noon the next day. We get there & he tells us he needs another day. He had our number but neglected to call & inform us to this fact. So 3 days of driving in for nothing. So needless to say we are finished with you.
