The purchase was a no-pressure circumstance and resulted in acquiring a vehicle that suited me.
The sales associate listened to my needs, asked me questions to determine my wants and comfort levels in a new vehicle, answered questions candidly and honestly. He was knowledgeable about his products and never tried to upsell me. Instead, he observed my comfort driving one vehicle and said he felt that was the better choice.
