When I purchased my Terrain I was really happy. The salesman said because I had bought from the local GM and not from another larger place I could have two free oil changes. I had not asked for anything extra. This was a nice. When I went in for the first oil change I was treated in front of several people, as if I was lying. Some salesman came down to the parts area walked over and said rudely "Give it to her!" He never even acknowledged me. Forty years I have always bought Ford. I will never walk into GM again.
